A wonderful opportunity for a CRA Manager to join a dynamic and friendly company, responsible for full line management, performance reviews , training delivery and on site quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full line management including performance appraisals, reviews and hiring
• Quality control on site
• Interaction with senior management

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Life Sciences degree or similar
• More than 3 years experience working as CRA
• Line Management Experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Leadership skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
